HOKA Black Friday 2026: What the 2025 Sale Reveals

HOKA Black Friday 2026: What the 2025 Sale Reveals

HOKA Black Friday 2026 is a practical guide to road, trail, and weather-ready shoes, the 2025 sale pattern, and what HOKA has published for 2026. I sort the shoes into early picks, road models to watch, and waterproof options without treating a future markdown as a promise.

A French Alpine starting point

I like that HOKA's origin is so specific: it was founded in 2009 in Annecy, France by Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard, former Salomon employees. In the founders' interview, Mermoud recalls an original prototype with an oversized soft midsole, a lot of rocker, and a cradled footbed, an answer to the pair's goal of making downhill running feel smoother. That history helps explain HOKA's continued focus on cushioned road shoes alongside trail models.

Last year's HOKA Black Friday sale ran from Nov. 21 through Dec. 1, 2025, according to the U.S. sale FAQ. Cleveland.com reported members received early access Nov. 21 to 27 and tiered cart offers, but those were 2025 terms, not a promise for this year. HOKA's U.S. pages currently advertise free membership with 10% off a next purchase, separate from holiday terms. The U.S. Black Friday page has not posted a 2026 date or offer; nothing is announced yet for 2026.

I use this HOKA Black Friday 2026 guide to separate pairs to decide on early, road models to watch, and weather-ready choices.

Pairs I Would Decide On Early

These are the pairs I would decide on before sale details appear. HOKA lists Bondi 9 for everyday running at 9.3 ounces with a 5 mm drop, while Clifton 11 is for running and walking in three widths. Gaviota 6 is marked stable and is also intended for everyday miles and walking. Speedgoat 7 is the technical-terrain option, and HOKA advises going half a size larger than usual. I would confirm the model, width, and size I need now, then compare that exact colorway with any published offer.

Road Models To Watch

On the road, I would keep an eye on the core styles and decide by model and use rather than a hoped-for discount. Arahi 8 is currently marked down, and its PDP describes a stable 7.7-ounce daily road shoe. Mach 7 is a 7.15-ounce everyday runner; Rincon 5 is listed for running and walking at 7.7 ounces. Kawana 3 is a training-and-walking model that also has a markdown on its page. I would compare any live terms with the exact models I want, and treat a further reduction as uncertain.

Weather-Ready Miles

For wet and cold-weather days, I would compare protection style by style. Clifton 11 GTX is listed for everyday running and walking and carries HOKA's waterproof marker. Speedgoat 6 Mid GTX is labeled for trail running and hiking on technical terrain. Transport Hike GTX is HOKA's technical hiker with a GORE-TEX bootie and Vibram Megagrip outsole; Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX is also tagged waterproof. I would check the exact size and conditions each shoe is built for before deciding, since these pages cover different kinds of use.
