Nina Campbell Home Collection: Fall and Winter Decor to Shop

From lights and soft furnishings to glassware and fabric trays, this Nina Campbell edit starts with pieces for the darker months.

Shop Nina Campbell lamps, cushions, glassware and fabric trays for a layered home through fall and winter, with the story behind her English design house.

Nina Campbell’s design story began at Sybil Colefax & John Fowler

At 19, Nina Campbell began working for John Fowler at Sybil Colefax & John Fowler, then opened her own decorating business. One of its first commissions was a castle in Scotland, and club owner Mark Birley later asked her to redecorate Annabel’s.

In 1970, Birley and Campbell opened the London shop Campbell & Birley, where she introduced her hearts motif, still sold on fine bone china. Her studio’s own range spans accessories, wallpaper, fabrics and furniture.

Nina Campbell home pieces for a warmer, more personal room

Nina Campbell’s furniture line launched in 2008 with her son Max, inspired by antiques and made with UK artisans. Max joined the company as managing director in 1999, and her daughter Alice joined in 2009 as head of communications.

For the colder months, I would bring in lamp light and soft layers first, then set the table for company. The mix feels practical, personal and ready to be lived in.

Where I would start with Nina Campbell’s style

Begin with the Cape Table Lamp and one Honfleur cushion, then let a tray bring the smaller things together. For the table, a stemmed glass or serving piece is enough to set the mood. The room should feel warm and ready for company.
